School Instrument Rentals

We Support All Local Music Programs

Fazio's Frets and Friends offer great rates on string instrument school year rentals. Including Violin, Viola, and Cello. Every rental comes with an instrument, a case, a bow, and a cake of rosin. We provide a normal wear and tear maintenance plan at no additional charge this includes string breakage. Optional accidental damage safeguard protection is available at an additional charge. We also rent Bell kits and Snare drum kits.

We have done extensive research, consulting with area music teachers to provide the absolute best student-line instruments and exactly the right accessories to start your child on the journey to success. Most parents are not aware that each school district has a list recommendations regarding the quality of instruments and accessories, and it is one of our top priorities to meet or exceed these specifications.

Our string instrument rentals include solid wood construction, ebony tuners and ebony fingerboard. All bows are strung with real horsehair to provide the best possible response and tone. Please note that for most cello rentals we provide soft, bag style cases, instead of hard-shell cello cases. These are much easier for young children to carry, and help us to keep our rental rates down.

We are happy to help you determine which size instrument you need, just bring the student with you to the store. We carry a large inventory and offer a variety of prices based on the age and condition of the instrument.

What Happens if:

My child accidentally damages their instrument:
You are responsible for your instrument for the duration of your rental contract. Don't worry, almost anything can be fixed. We understand that accidents happen and will work with you if anything unfortunate should happen to your rental instrument. With optional accidental damage safeguard protection most repair costs are covered.

My child outgrows the instrument being rented:
The instrument you are renting can be exchanged for another size at any time with no additional fees.
