Fazio's Rock Academy™: A Unique Rock & Roll Band Experience

For Guitarists, Vocalists, Bassists, Drummers, and Keyboardists ages 9-17!

Details: Each student will have a one on one evaluation with a Fazio's instructor prior to the beginning of camp. Following evaluations, students will be placed into bands according to skill level & style preference. All student bands will fit into one of four skill levels: beginner, intermediate, advanced, and all star. Specific criteria is established for each instrument (guitar, bass, voice, drums, and keyboards). Students will have the chance to 'graduate' to the next level and be placed in a band with players of the same skill level upon each evaluation.

Fazio's Rock Academy™ features an all new song list of 100 classic and modern rock songs. Each song will be graded beginner, intermediate, advanced, or all star to coincide with the skill level of each student band. Each band will be assigned a professional Fazio's instructor. This instructor will serve as the band's coach for the entirety of session. Camp will conclude with a concert performed by student bands at the DOXA Arts Center, a real performance venue located in Town & Country, MO (on the campus of West Hills Community Church near highway 40 and 270).

Camp sessions include: 'quiet' band rehearsal stations, songwriting classes, rock music theory classes, plenty of stage time for each band, and some special guest appearances by local professional rock artists!

TUITION FEE: $299 for 10-week session plus end of session concert.
Price includes FRA t-shirt and songbook.

Program runs Janury 9 through March 24, 2012
Student Concert will be on March 30, 2012
After school rehearsals are available on the following days/times:

• Mondays: 5:00pm - 6:30pm
• Tuesdays: 5:00pm - 6:30pm
• Wednesdays: 5:00pm- 6:30pm
• Thursdays: 5:00pm - 6:30pm
• Fridays: 5:00pm - 6:30pm
• Saturdays A: 1:00pm-2:30pm
• Saturdays B: 3:00pm-4:30pm
